Steven Glass is an internationally recognized expert on trade cost analysis and portfolio transition consulting with over three decades of experience providing fiduciary advice to plan sponsors, mutual fund boards, and other entities exercising oversight over third-party investment managers. He is currently the Co-CEO of Abel Noser Holdings and the head of Zeno AN Solutions, directing client servicing, sales, and marketing, and product development for TCA and consulting services for asset owner clients.

Abel Noser and Zeno AN Solutions collectively service 500+ clients globally, with double-digit organic growth over multiple years, and offices in New York, London, Metro DC, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Before becoming Co-CEO of Abel Noser Holdings, he led Zeno Consulting Group (formerly known as Plexus Group) as President & CEO, growing it into an industry-leading multi-asset class trade cost analysis and portfolio transition consulting provider intimately involved with the asset owner client base and the day-to-day operations of the business. Prior to that, he was the General Counsel to the District of Columbia Retirement Board, responsible for providing fiduciary guidance on investment management issues.

Steven Glass is a frequent industry speaker and published author on topics including Best Execution, TCA for asset owners, and regulatory issues affecting institutional asset owners. His educational background includes a JD degree in Law from Drake University and a BA from the University of Maryland.
