•Led an $8 million complex, visible, time-sensitive hardware refresh project for 371 stores. Due to the OS EOL deadline, Burlington Coat Factory compressed the timelines from 12 months to 12 weeks. Working within Store annual stock inventory week as program manager, coordinated with CDW config team and third-party vendor; CDW shipped and deployed the hardware within 12 weeks and was under budget by $50K. Significantly reducing the software vulnerability risk.

•Led a $200K Cisco ACI and UCS development project for the Covington & Burling law firm. The CDW engineers planned, designed, and implemented the solution for the Primary and Secondary Data Centers in only 6 months and under budget.

•Led a $300K Contact Center Enterprise development project for Baptist Memorial Health. The CDW team of developers planned, designed, and implemented the system in only 6 months and under budget.

•Bala led a complex Google to MS Exchange migration project for Atlas Roofing Corporation and, over 3 years with hardware, MS license, and professional services, generated about $2 million in revenue.
