Laura Soucek, a highly accomplished cancer researcher, is a research professor at ICREA in Barcelona. With an education in genetics and molecular biology from Sapienza Università di Roma, Soucek began her career as a postdoc at UCSF before moving on to become a research assistant molecular biologist. Her exceptional scholarly track record led her to obtain a PhD in genetics and molecular biology from University La Sapienza, Roma, Italy. Soucek has since worked as the Head of Mouse Models of Cancer Therapies Laboratory at VALL D'HEBRON INSTITUTE OF ONCOLOGY, Associate Professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Peptomyc.
Soucek possesses extensive expertise in cancer research, specializing in mouse models of cancer therapies.
