Andrew Ostler is an experienced IT professional with more than a decade of experience building, installing, and troubleshooting computer systems and software. He has expertise in Oracle Xstore, Microsoft SQL, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and using a ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Andrew has a remarkable background in deploying Microsoft Edge to over 300 stores across the US and Canada for Guess, Inc., and developed a daily MS SQL DB size report for over 300 stores using Python, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript. He also retrieved service tags and serial numbers for over 1,100 registers and monitors at these stores using various tools and scripts. Additionally, Andrew has designed and set up a touch screen menu, imported videos, and deployed suitable kiosk software for two kiosks at a church.

In his early career, Andrew worked in various roles, including Help Desk Support and Freelance Web Designer at ENVOYERFINEWINES.COM. He also served as the Web Content Editor at Employment Research Institute (ERI), where he improved the website's functionality and content. Andrew has worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Grounds Crew and a Piano Teacher. He also gained experience as a Seed Technician at Stevenson Intermountain Seed.
