Michel Nassour is an experienced Chief Executive Officer skilled in business restructuring, IPO management, mergers and acquisitions initiatives, and capital restructuring. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has worked with multinational and regional companies across various sectors including hospitality, FMCG, new media, industrial groups, and oil and gas. Nassour has also directed and implemented ERP business solutions for large groups of manufacturing companies and technology/new media businesses. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the Lebanese American University and has been recognized on the Dean's Honor List. Nassour currently serves as CEO at Al Qudra Holding, and has previously held positions as a financial advisor at Bin Salem Holding, CFO at Arkan Building Materials PJSC, and director of finance at Senaat_GHC, Arabia Online (Guernsey) Limited, and Planet Group of Companies LLC.
