Aaron Fernandez is a seasoned Full Stack Designer, Marketeer, and Growth Hacker with over 15 years of experience helping startups and corporate clients bring their ideas to life. He has contributed to every stage of the process, from investor pitch decks and "go-to-market" strategies to the development and deployment of market-ready products. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from St. Xavier's College.

Throughout his career, Aaron has held various positions such as the former CEO of Kilowott and Nordic Intent, Senior Digital Consultant at Frontkom, Lead UI/UX Designer at Prognosesenteret AS, Growth Hacker at 4CastGroup AS, Lead UI/UX Designer and Growth Hacker at Byggebolig AS, UI Designer and Project Manager at Solid Media Group AS, Co-Founder at Kodework, among others.

Currently, Aaron sits on the Board of Directors at Nordic Intent, a self-funded ecosystem for startups that focuses on growth and scale. He draws from his extensive experience to help clients ideate, design, develop, and deploy projects in startup and corporate microcosms.
