Viktoria Keliar is an accomplished Head Of Legal Department with an impressive tenure in the information technology and services industry, particularly in Legal Writing, Corporate Governance, International Law, Tax Law, and Litigation. Keliar boasts an enviable education, having studied International Law and Legal Studies at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and achieved her Master's degree in Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
