Naomi Adler is a highly experienced leader, advisor, and coach in the sphere of nonprofit management, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility. After studying Law at the State University of New York at Buffalo - Law School and Politics at Mount Holyoke College, Naomi has held several executive positions in large mission-based organizations. She has proven skills in managing complex nonprofits and foundations, crisis and disaster recovery, major gift fundraising, grant making, endowment campaigns, brand strategy, advocacy and public policy implementation, organizational transformation, community engagement, and executive coaching. Naomi has worked as a consultant and executive coach for The Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation and other foundations and NGOs. She has also served as CEO of Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, President and CEO of United Way of Westchester and Putnam, and President and CEO of United Way of Rockland County. Additionally, she has worked as a Director of Development at Rutgers University’s Bildner Center, Assistant Counsel at NYS Temporary Commission of Investigation, Director of Women’s Division and JCRC at Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton, Ohio, and an Assistant District Attorney at Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.
