My responsibilities ranging from:
1. Ensuring the new establishment of the firm from the old entity to the new one with 100% focusing on consultancy services.
2. Develop the company client base with strategic focus, from current business capabilities and to build pilot for future capabilities.
3. Operate external partnership development initiatives raging from academic, industry, startup and NGOs to ensure (1) Ecosystem building and (2) Critical resource preparation.
4. Research to capture trend of Consulting industry, B2B sector with a focus on tech-enable operation.

Business Development & Client Success Manager

My responsibilities range from:
1. Assisting the MDs of the Agencies and Business Development Director to identify the
industries of target, the potential accounts and area for penetration.
2. Monitor the competitive landscape and the development of the industry in the regions and
the world through desk research and industry practitioners' information exchange.
3. Manage and develop the ecosystem's relationship, mainly from MDs' circle and nurture the
engagement in the ecosystem.
4. Explore and develop the brand of the Group and subsidiaries of the Group.
5. Develop initiatives to drive Internal Brand Love and External Brand Admiration.

Business Development Manager

My responsibilities range from:
1. Coordinate and manage the projects with stakeholders internally and externally, including
Public sector, Private sector and international institution.
2. Monitor the satisfaction of the trainer and the industry professionals who signed up for training.
3. Identify and suggest initiatives for engagement further with the industry professionals for
training courses development and number of registration.
4. Identify topic of interests to attract trainers, industry practitioners and building Institute's brand.

My responsibilities include:
1. Learning and prepare the implication for the Account and Creative Department regards the
chosen industries and categories' best case practices.
2. Monitor the competitors online and offline, and find out the synergy among the channels.
3. Articulate the insights of the brand and consumers in workshop conducted by Strategy Department, the Clients or external research firms.

My responsibilities include:
1. Search and present the business model that similars and best case practices for the
target-investment startup.
2. Build communities of interest to motivate and share experience about startup and successful
case studies around the world - LAUNCH Vietnam
3. Assist BODs and Investment Manager in building brand for IDG VV
4. Working with relevant partners to cultivate relevant initiatives for developing IDG VV
investees.
