James Wight is an accomplished business professional who carries over the values instilled in him during camping trips as a child - he has always believed in making processes better than they were previously. He has a wealth of experience in process improvement, employee training, and software implementation, which can be attributed to his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and his Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.

In his professional career, James has taken on a variety of roles, from being the President of Business Solutions for You, to the Chief Financial Officer at Ascent Luxury Transportation, and the Shared Service Center Manager at CR Bard. He has also worked as the Senior Accountant at Instructure, Inc., and as the Supervisor at Pioneer Cable.
