Renuka Belwalkar is an accomplished achiever, learner, empath, and has a deep sense of discipline in her professional and personal life. She is an ENFJ, a devoted yogi, and a finance and management information systems professional. She studied at Lynbrook High, where she excelled in her academic pursuits. Later, she earned a GPA of 3.9 while studying at De Anza College, and she pursued her bachelor's degree in finance and management information systems with a minor in entrepreneurial management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

Throughout Belwalkar's academic and professional career, she has co-founded a hair styling service company, Callisto Beauty LLC (Glimzy), and has been very involved within student organizations at her alma mater. She served as the Vice President of Finance for the Delta Sigma Pi - Alpha Epsilon chapter and spent time as a Marketing Strategist at Minnesota Cup. Early on in her professional career, Belwalkar was a Campus Manager at Amazon Prime Student and worked as a consultant for Carlson Ventures Enterprise, PwC, and Newgate Communications. She was also a National Leadership Conference Participant at Deloitte, and partook in the Elevate Program at PwC. Belwalkar volunteered as a Yoga Instructor at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness Centre, Health Policy Intern at Community Health Partnership, for Niroga Institute, and a Staff Writer for the Epic; additionally, she was a PwC ambassador and attended the Women's Leadership Camp at Goldman Sachs.
