Brad Factor

Brad Factor is a dynamic and multidisciplinary engineer whose creativity, dedication, and hard work have allowed him to excel in Electrical, Computer, Systems, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineering. He holds a Master's degree in Robotic System Development from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. With a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and designing safety-critical systems and software for air transport aircraft, Factor is a true asset to any project that requires innovation, teamwork, and technical expertise.

Factor has worked on a variety of projects throughout his career, including systems and structures for autonomous underwater vehicles, consumer electronics for virtual reality, and a variety of robots, as well as Stereolithography 3D printers. His passion for technology and engineering led him to found and become CEO of EKTO VR and Boundless VR, two companies that specialize in developing immersive virtual reality experiences.

Prior to founding EKTO VR and Boundless VR, Factor gained valuable experience working as a Boeing 787 Flight Controls Systems Engineer and Comac C919 Applications Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. His expertise in flight controls systems engineering and applications engineering has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the aerodynamic principles and systems that keep aircraft in the air.

In addition to his technical expertise, Factor is a natural team player who enjoys working in collaborative environments where everyone has a stake in the success of the project. His ability to build trust and foster relationships has made him a valuable member of any team he has worked with.
