Vincent Lui is a seasoned operating and executive professional with over 19 years of experience in various startup and corporate operations. He specializes in strategic planning, product marketing, business development, technology partnerships and alliances, venture capital, corporate development/M&A.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Vincent is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. His professional interests include Seed & Early Stage Ventures/Incubation/Strategy, Cross-Border Ventures, M&A, and Entrepreneurship. He has a diverse background in various sectors, including network infrastructure, NFV, SDN, NPM, APM, cybersecurity, optical networking, fintech, blockchain/DLT/crypto, energy & recycling tech.

Vincent holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Newcastle University/Grenoble Ecole de Management, along with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He also studied at Stanford and Monta Vista High School in California.

Vincent is currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Ventures at SK Telecom Americas. Previously, he has held several advisory and mentor roles, including Advisor at Morpheus Labs, Mentor at Founder Institute, and Startup Mentor at OneValley (formerly GSV Labs). He has also been Principal at Rhapsody Ventures, Advisor at Lionrock Batteries (HK), Business Development/M&A/Strategy at Danaher, VP Business Development & Strategy at VSS Monitoring, Inc., A Danaher Company, Investment Associate at KLM Capital Management, Sr. Research Analyst at IDC, Product Marketing and Applications Manager at Photonic Power Systems (Acq. by JDS Uniphase), and Co-Founder/Director of Network Planning at Broadband Rhapsody/homeFiber Inc.

In his spare time, Vincent enjoys playing basketball and table tennis, hiking, and traveling.
