Meet Monica Bajaj, a seasoned technology leader and a champion for women in tech leadership. With over a decade's worth of experience leading and building high-performing engineering teams, Bajaj has held key positions at some of tech's biggest firms, including NetApp, Cisco, Perforce, and Ultimate Software. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Community, Product & Engineering at Workday where she is leading efforts to modernize Workday's global Community Platform. Bajaj is also an active board member for Women in Localization and regularly advocates for women in tech leadership through speaking engagements and mentorship programs. With a master's degree in computer science from IIT Mumbai, India, Bajaj's expertise spans across DevOps, SaaS, security, and storage. When she's not working, Bajaj balances her time as a mother of two, wife, and an avid supporter of equal engagement with boys and girls in activities such as Boy Scouts.
