I consulted with Scandit from 2019 to 2020 when they received their funding to hire in the US. In the Fall of 2022 Scandit asked if I could consult with them again, this time on a project working with the US & Canada Sales Teams to add talent in the retail vertical. Responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, and scheduling.  As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Scandit I am working directly with the VP’s and Directors of US and Canada Sales Teams to hire Account Executives and Enterprise Sales Managers. Took my hours down to part-time at Washington Maritime Blue / Clarity to help out for a few months on a Consulting Contract at Twitter with Averro in Bellevue, WA.  Full cycle recruiting for R2R talent.  Responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized technical recruiting roles. Partnering closely with Twitter’s global technology leaders to identify and attract the best recruiting talent to the organization. As a key member of the team, I find it very exciting to shape and build a unique approach to attracting the best recruiting talent for Twitter!  Currently hiring for Senior Manger of Technical Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, Sourcing Manager, Senior Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Sourcer, all Remote Roles.

I was assigned to work as the interim Recruiter/HR Consultant with the start-up, WA Maritime Blue, working directly with the CEO to work through hiring & diversity, we hired the first 14 employees together of all levels, Directors, Managers, and other IC roles, helped to develop best practices for Unlimited PTO, holiday, vacation, and payroll schedules, in addition to researching, making recommendations, & setting up the benefits plans for medical, dental, vision, life, and FSA plans. I created the onboarding process, including all documentation and materials. Onboarded all employees, assisting in signing up employees for all their all benefits & FSA plan. Research and setup 401K plan, in addition to writing their Employee Handbook tailored for their needs. On another project, I consulted with a Seattle Architecture firm; to consult on office dynamics, interviewing, hiring, diversity, and onboarding tips. I revised the client’s out of date employee handbook to reflect new changes and refine to make implementation and management cleaner and more straightforward.
I am working with various clients on full cycle talent recruiting, helping to find just the right person for their open roles, hiring, employee onboarding & orientation processes, creating employee handbooks & revising existing handbooks, salary research, payroll deductions/taxes research for remote employees working in other states, benefits research, coaching and professional development. I am available as a resource to help carry the load in staffing, recruiting, hr, operations, and project management services for our clients and community.
