Lisa has a proven track record of partnering with global leaders to enhance ethical leadership, accountability, and transparency in the workplace. She is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), bringing expertise in risk management, project management, strategic communications, conflict resolution, and policy drafting. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Business from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University.

Lisa has held many leadership positions in prestigious companies such as Dun & Bradstreet and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Her roles have included Global Compliance & Ethics Leader, Senior Compliance Program Manager, Chief of Staff, General Counsel's Office, VP, Contract Negotiator, and Training & Development Analyst, among others. Lisa has also founded Schor Ethics Consulting, LLC, where she serves as Founder & Principal, helping organizations and leaders promote and reward ethical and compliant behavior in their businesses.
