Arden Owens, SPHR

Arden Owens is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Director, with over several years of experience in various high-level management positions across top-notch organizations. Owens has successfully completed marketing and management studies at Eastern Oregon University, Bachelor of Science in Human Resources at Oregon State University, and a Fashion course at Boise State University.

At Jeld-Wen, Inc, she held several positions such as Managing Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Director of North America and Global Corporate Functions. Prior to Jeld-Wen, Inc, she also worked at Adidas, where she served as the Director of Employee Relations, Staffing, and Diversity for North America. Owens has honed her diverse skill set at companies such as Viasystems Corporation, Intel Corporation, and R2C Group, to mention a few.

She has been exposed to various aspects of Human Resource Management, including Training and OD, Staffing, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Relations. Owens has spearheaded major HR initiatives, managing large teams and departments, and developing effective HR strategies tailored to each organization's needs.
