Dan Puglisi
Dan Puglisi is a dedicated and experienced high school counselor and former social studies teacher who is passionate about helping students cultivate their strengths and reach their academic and personal goals. With a Bachelor's degree in History Teacher Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Concordia University Chicago, Dan has spent over a decade supporting students in achieving their goals. He spent eight years teaching social studies and volleyball at Township High School District 214 and Niles Township High School District 219 before embarking on his four-year career as a school counselor at Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL. Dan's counseling career has focused on academic and social-emotional guidance, including college and career counseling. His expertise is now put into good use as he serves as Director of Career Services at Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation, where he helps Evans Scholars prepare for their post-college careers.
