- Setting up a new project recruitment and consultancy project – Role- CEO and company name – One Imperium. I would work in this project alongside being the HR Manager for MTM Group Offering recruitment services to external companies
- Ensuring to follow Qatar’s Labour laws and visa sponsorship legislations in terms of End of Service, Sponsorship, Airfare and Leave dues calculation by updating all employment contracts, offer letters and benefits allocated.
- Enhance the organization's human resources department by analysing the core requirements and planning, implementing HR policies, programs, and practices
- Key ER analysis and strategizing a plan forward to ensure to eliminate the situation
