Johny Jose is a young entrepreneur, public speaker, veteran developer, and voracious reader who has had a lifelong passion for technology and gaming. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Lakshmi Niwas Mittal Institute of Information Technology in Jaipur, India. Johny had the exciting opportunity to work as a software engineer at CERN, where the internet was born, before starting his entrepreneurial journey. Since then, he has founded several companies, including Playlyfe and Catalyst, which leverage game mechanics to solve real-world problems in the workplace.

As the Principal Engineer at Freight Tiger, Johny has extensive experience leading and managing teams and working on complex projects. His prior roles as CEO at Catalyst and Playlyfe have given him a deep understanding of gamification and sales and support optimization. His diverse background includes working in HR, sales, marketing, and IT at AIESEC, a global youth-led organization, and serving as technical head at TEDxJaipur.

Johny's interests extend beyond the technology industry, and he is also an amateur painter and hardcore gamer. He describes himself as an extroverted introvert, which makes him an excellent public speaker and team leader. Johny is currently working on a new way to optimize the sales and support functions for mid-market and enterprise companies using a mix of analytics, coaching, and gamification.
