Market Area Director- Lincoln

Responsible for the success of integrating the market area teams and the FordDirect product teams regarding digital marketing success of the Ford and Lincoln dealers.
As a leader in the Dealer Customer Engagement Operations, this role will actively apply advanced knowledge of Ford Directs full product portfolio, the automotive retail customer, digital marketing, market demographics, competitive landscape and strategic priorities to provide direction and leadership to the market area teams.

Director, Dealer Customer Engagement Operations

Manage a team of digital sales professionals in strengthening Ford & Lincoln dealer relationships, vendor management, Ford Motor Company field personnel and driving customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with senior leadership to maximize revenue growth, account penetration, customer experience and satisfaction.

Develop, communicate, monitor and manage annual and quarterly sales goals for west market area.

Grew west market area field team from 1 to 7 employees.

Key contributor to sales leadership achieving 143% of 2016 sales goal.

Provide training, coaching and mentoring of teams members in product knowledge, customer engagement and management, consulting, activity tracking, time and territory management, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support and management of expenses.

Develop relationships with VIP dealerships, corporate Ford/Lincoln personnel & digital vendors.

Plan and implement strategies to market products and services to participating and non-participating Ford Dealers

Sales from FordDirect Internet referrals represent nearly 20 percent of Ford Motor Co. retail sales
