Miles Iclisoy is an enthusiastic professional who joined his family business, California Baby, following his graduation from Penn State in 2015. The company, founded by his mom over 25 years ago, has benefited from Miles' diverse skill set and business acumen as he contributes to various aspects of the operation.

With a background in Management from Penn State and experience as an Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, Miles is instrumental in running e-commerce operations, devising strategies, establishing marketing teams, overseeing customer service, and recruitment. His innovative thinking and adaptability have been key in streamlining business processes and embracing industry trends.

Miles' passion for problem-solving, coupled with a growth mindset, drives him to constantly seek learning opportunities and enhance his proficiency in different roles. His professional journey includes a stint as a Bartender & Server at StaffworkX/Black Tie Event Staffing and an internship in Public Relations & New Show Development at CBS Television Distribution.
