Erik Bouwer

Erik Bouwer is an accomplished organizational psychologist, business journalist, copywriter, and editor with a wealth of experience in print and online media, specializing in ICT, outsourcing, business/IT-alignment, HRM, customer experience, contact centers, and innovation.

He currently holds the positions of publisher and editor in chief at Klantcontact.nl, an online magazine focusing on customer experience, and works as a freelance journalist for iBestuur, a magazine dedicated to digital public administration.
