Rasheda Johnson is a high-energy, Senior Human Resources professional with an HRCI SPHR certification. With years of experience running total HR operations at the site level in various industries, including CPG, Beverages, Third-Party Logistics, Chemical Films and Coatings, and Food Productions. She not only has experience working with union and non-union workplaces but also has expertise in managing labor relations, negotiations, contract administration, alternate dispute resolution, progressive discipline, coaching, recruiting, training, organizational development, and human capital planning.

Johnson has studied at Villanova University, where she pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

She has worked with different companies, including C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc., IFF, Sara Lee, Fidelitone Logistics, and United Educators, holding various Human Resources positions. Currently, Johnson works as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Farmer Brothers, which sells coffee, tea, and beverage-making equipment.
