Subhra Bhattacharya is an experienced leader who has worked across several industries, including ad-tech organizations, non-profits, trading networks, investment banks, and hedge funds. With expertise in building fault-tolerant, scalable, and large-scale applications, he has built strong technology teams and coached them to success. Subhra has a strong background in mathematics, majoring in Theoretical Computer Science for his graduate studies after studying Aerospace Engineering in his undergrad. His present role as SSE II - Team Lead (Associate Director) for Advertiser KPI Optimization at Xandr entails leading a team of engineers working on machine learning and low-latency optimization projects to maximize advertiser KPI goals.

Subhra's work on the intersection of real-time and machine learning is a challenge that he enjoys immensely, given the complexity of the projects he handles. His ability to manage large teams, identify key talent, and nurture and grow his team members has helped him establish his name in the industry.
