Steve Peterson is a highly experienced business strategist with a particular focus on the travel and transportation sectors. He has been working in this field since 1998, advising large passenger airlines to improve their performance in various areas such as sales, marketing, operations, and distribution. Steve has also been involved with many companies during and after the bankruptcy process.

Aside from advising airline executives inside and outside the US, Steve has worked with major hotels, rental car companies, and global transportation services providers. He also led a merger between two large logistics service providers, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing the merger and post-merger integration for the company.

Currently, Steve holds a position at IBM in the Institute for Business Value to develop white papers for the travel and transportation sectors. He is frequently requested by clients and industry associations to speak about the trends and challenges facing the industries he has served for almost two decades.

Steve Peterson holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also studied Economics & Public Policy and attended Global Marketing Strategy and Organizational Design sessions at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
