Brand Manager at game-changing beauty startup, Josh Wood Colour

Launched in February 2018, Josh Wood Colour is redefining the hair colour landscape. A start-up in the home hair colour sector, Josh Wood Colour is built around the principles of offering expert, personalised products and services whenever, and wherever, they are needed.

For the last six years I’ve worked alongside Josh Wood playing a critical role in the launch of Josh Wood Colour. I’ve supported and scaled the business from a single-salon operation to a disruptive challenger brand. Reporting directly to the founder, my role encompasses a broad range of functions and responsibilities from brand strategy, community building, marketing & communications, content creation, social strategy and new product development.

Assist the Marketing and Communications manager with the execution and development of annual strategies and ensure the smooth running of the marketing department

Manage all projects and activities required as part of Josh Wood's role as Global Creative Director, Colour, Wella Professionals

In conjunction with Marks and Spencer project manage and co-ordinate strategy, NPD and marketing for Josh Wood's product range. Building brand development with new products and new innovations
