- Provided financial Governance to the Delivery Director running the DVSA Programme, which had a monthly spend of over £1 million and 50-60 consultants assigned. Created a Programme tracker with MS Excel with a dashboard for all 5 projects within the Programme relating to time, expenses, invoices, PO’s and SOW/CR numbers. •	Supported up to 10 PM’s and 3 Delivery Directors at a time across various clients. Activities have included maintaining a financial tracker for SFA (Skills Funding Agency), forecasting at TFS (Toyota Financial Services) and helping to manage timesheets for up to 35 consultants against almost 200 individual project tasks based on story points for EasyJet.•	Individually managed the PMO function during a transition period of around 3 months. Updated planned work forecasts and utilisation for up to 200 Consultants based on changing project requirements, new projects and holidays.•	Liaised with the Finance team to ensure accurate client invoices and approval of contract resource invoices. Role includes tracking; reporting and audit. •	Trained colleagues’ internal systems and documented training guides on Confluence when necessary. Examples include showing Directors how to use reports, having meetings with new joiners and managing a colleague so they could do the entire process for a project lifecycle. •	Worked alongside other departments, which has included analysing travel costs with facilities, creating Furlough reports for HR and updating system access for IT.•	Promote configuration management for all project documentation in shared folders and Dropbox.•	Adapted Agile approaches while providing support in hybrid environments to tech teams working on product development.•	Analysed Private Sector Portfolio forecasting reports using OpenAir and Power BI. Diagnosed issues if data was incorrect and updated accordingly if advised by the Account or Delivery Directors.

- Worked on FS NA Banking HSBC from Feb 2014 - Aug 2014, FS UK Insurance from Nov 2012 - Jan 2014 and the Homeserve account from Jan 2013 - Aug 2014. •	Lead PMO for 80-100 resources in the UK and US working in four different divisions of HSBC so was responsible for raising requisitions, overseeing background checks, setting up project codes, managing allocations, verifying invoices prior to submission and various other duties such as answering questions in relation to using ten different internal systems.•	Part of a three person team that worked on the SOW’s and Change Requests for an extension at HSBC with a value of just under $7 million as I was primarily responsible for commercials and ensuring that everything went through legal review.•	Providing year end forecasts in excess of $12 million to three division heads in NA Banking and answered any queries they had in relation to the numbers and the use of the excel document that was used while also processing sales on the Oracle Siebel CRM system.•	PMO for Homeserve Plc which involved providing support to the Project Manager with the administration of Sharepoint documents, assisting all team members on general enquiries and providing input into SOW’s and Change Requests while also maintaining a log. •	Monitored the finances for the £8 - £9 million engagement at Homeserve as I produced the financials that were used in the monthly review of the engagement to date and the forecasts going forward. Also compiled and maintained multiple tab trackers in relation to time, expenses and invoices. •	Conducted weekly meetings for UK Insurance where the sales pipeline was updated as this was used for forecasting and administered opportunities throughout the 7 stage lifecycle with Oracle Siebel CRM.•	In UK Insurance I assisted with financial estimations of projects, organised and took minutes for opportunity assessments, ensured that valid project codes were set up, raised requisitions for staffing and verified invoices
