Zack Arnold is a highly accomplished and award-winning film and television editor and documentary director. He is also the founder of Optimize Yourself, a program that helps ambitious creative professionals boost their productivity, energy, and focus, while improving their health and well-being. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Zack has edited a variety of popular TV shows, such as Cobra Kai, Empire, and Glee, and worked for prominent studios such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company, and Universal Cable Productions. He has also freelanced for PBS and worked on commercials for Comcast Cable. Zack is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, where he teaches film editing. In addition, he recently produced and directed his first documentary GO FAR: The Christopher Rush Story. Zack is passionate about helping creative professionals stay healthy and focused, and has developed a unique approach that empowers them to use movement, nutrition, and rest to optimize their productivity and live fulfilling lives.
