Martin Kasemsan is a seasoned IT leader with more than a decade of experience in account management, client advising, and IT management. He has worked in several sectors including medical manufacturing, financial services, and professional services, equipping him with various skills and experience in service delivery, support center and monitoring operations, service desk and deskside technician management. Martin has an exceptional grasp of ITIL disciplines like Asset Management, Change, Incident, Critical Incident, and Problem Management, as well as excellent skills in process mapping and improvement, business reviews, SLA’s, KPI’s and report generation.

Martin is a certified ITIL V2 and V3, HDI Support Services Manager trained, MCP Windows XP and 7 Support, and a Regis University Alumni who studied Networking and Technology Management. He has used ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Autotask, and brings experience in project delivery including application rollouts, campus expansions and moves, and process mapping.

He has held several leadership positions such as Associate Director Of Client Relations at The Library Corporation, Service Delivery Manager/Client Relationship Manager at Synoptek (Critigen), Help Desk and Monitoring Manager at Critigen, Help Desk Supervisor at Terumo BCT, Help Desk Supervisor at Fiserv ISS, and Help Desk Technician at Fiserv ISS.
