Senior Information Technology Project Manager

- Responsible for 15 projects in various stages of creation, planning and execution. 
- Managing a hIghly impactful Infrastructure Modernization Program (IMP) consisting of 9 of the 15 projects mentioned above,  
- Manage the process to select a new vendor and the implementation of our new Neutral Host Distributed Antenna System (DAS).  
- Creating a business case for a Unified Communications (UC) platform for the entire Airport. 
- Manage vender tasked with assessing the existing IT infrastructure of the airport. 
- Lead Project Manager for Security/Operations related projects. 
- Work closely with leadership to stay agile with the changing need of the Airport. 
- Mange the technological needs of new construction Move, Add, Change (MAC) projects.
- Develop, clarify, and manage the scope of each project, define deliverables and expectations, and 
  achieve targeted outcomes.
- Ensure requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines.
- Use a Portfolio Project Management platform (Sciforma) for scheduling and resource allocation. 
- Schedule meetings, create the agenda, manage meeting then record minutes. 
- Prepare status reports, status summaries, and dashboards for presentation to mid and senior level 
  management.

•	Responsible for daily collaboration with multiple high-level IT projects that directly affected the day-to-day productivity of the organization.
•	Tracked and documented project lifecycle with the aim to provide valuable data to make accurate decisions about projects.   
•	Coordinated IT involvement for 800 locations.  Setup Information System resources such as telecom (voice), network (data), computer/printer, software needs for the opening / closing / transferring of corporate locations.
•	Pioneered and successfully implemented a new video conferencing system that increased usage and streamlined current communications process.
•	Identified the need and developed a strategic plan to deliver Telepsychiatry and Telemedicine services to physicians and consumers with the goal to provide improved services and increased revenue.       
•	Created, updated and managed information technology processes and policies.
•	Worked with the Facilities Department to analyze power requirements and generator impact to plan for the increased burden on our HVAC system for all new components installed.
•	Researched technology and worked with vendors to create and modify technical and procedural standards for projects.
•	Lead a team that researched, tested, and procured a replacement helpdesk management system that increased update compliance, and improved call management, software licensing, and inventory management.

Sr. Tech Support Analyst

Started at Elwyn as a level two technician solving Software, hardware problems. Developed Ghost images and deployed machines to a large campus. Worked with other departments on many projects of varying importance.  Was promoted to the help desk manager where I over saw 2 help desk positions. Implemented a new software package called HEAT. Generated reports and trends to monitor the help desk.  Was promoted again to a Project manager where I began work on 4 projects.    My first project was finishing up a Microsoft Outlook Integration that was half way complete.    Next was a MRPII system that would integrate with the companies General Ledger software called Navision.  Third was redesigning the company’s helpdesk software for new Management.  Finally I started and was working through a new dental office using a Web based software package called denticon.  Had to research Software Packages and work with the Project Owner to choose and implement the software based on standardized criteria

Worked with the Information Technology department to track existing computer inventory. Promoted to 2’ level Technology support and then to configuring all computers for new corporate users. Supported new users with problems relating to Windows NT, 2000 and 95. Assisted inexperienced technicians with complicated problems relating to computer hardware and software. Preformed majority of new software installs and configurations.
