With a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an MBA in Finance from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, Moniruzzaman has honed skills in technology solution sales execution, business development, product development, operation management, strategic planning & growth, team building, and change management.

Moniruzzaman's experience includes working as an Engagement Lead - Performance & Quality at Ericsson, where he led a functional team to assist KAM & MS organization in performance quality improvement, problem management, lead generation, consultative solution preparation, and selling. Prior to that, Moniruzzaman served as a Solution Sales Manager in Ericsson, Oracle, and Huawei, where he discovered a lead of ~$10M in South East Asia and headed a high-performance team to exceed sales & delivery of $50M in Axiata Robi for Y13-Y14. He also played an effective role in planning a business-critical (>$50M) project while at Axiata.

Moniruzzaman's strengths include deep know-how of IT, VAS, BSS & OSS, Core, IP Transport, Cloud, and IoT solutions, as well as high-level knowledge of Radio Network, Data warehousing, Big data, and Advanced analytic.
