Jaclyn Selby, PhD, is an accomplished entrepreneur, tech policy scholar, and ecosystem builder. With a passion for bridging the academic, entrepreneurial, and civil society communities, she serves as Executive Director/CEO at the Momental Foundation, a not-for-profit grantmaking foundation and impact-focused startup accelerator. Jaclyn is a sought-after advisor, speaker, and board member, leveraging her extensive experience in entrepreneurship, tech policy, competitive dynamics of tech industries, the platform economy, startup ecosystems, and innovation management. She holds a PhD from the University of Southern California and an MA from Georgetown University, where she also studied International Business at the Walsh School of Foreign Service. She has also studied at Stanford University, Oxford Internet Institute, and the Annenberg-Oxford Media Policy Institute. Jaclyn's previous roles include Technology Evangelist at Mistletoe, Inc., and positions at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Stanford University.
