Norm Alger is a creative leader with extensive experience in marketing, branding, and team leadership. He has excelled in industries such as consumer packaged goods, biopharmaceuticals, financial services, and higher education. Norm specializes in developing and launching brands and strategic initiatives, driving awareness, building loyalty, and optimizing results. He has worked with many high-profile clients, including Comcast, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Pfizer, and Weight Watchers. Norm studied Graphic Design/Advertising at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and served in the US Army Reserves. He currently works as a Creative Director at Avantor and has previously held positions at Liminal Consulting, Eastern Standard, Calcium, and Xhilarate Experiential Branding.
