Serge Dale is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing various projects and businesses. He specializes in drug development, particularly Rx and OTC, as well as B2C, B2B, and B2G. He possesses a proven ability to achieve and evangelize insights that drive successful brand strategy. Serge has industry experience and a global network in Russia, specifically within pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, academic centers, regulatory agencies, and health insurance funds. He is also experienced in introducing new products (projects) to the market, applying Six Sigma, and managing projects based on the ANSI PMI PMBOK and Microsoft Project standards.

Aside from his pharmaceutical background, Serge also has over a decade of experience in the production of residential constructions and storage buildings. He is proficient in ACAD and has deep experience in financial management, including planning, budgeting, finance activity monitoring, economic analysis, forecast, and project and asset investment plans development.

Serge has a wide range of skills and experience in managing multiple sectors, including power engineering, construction, primary and secondary real estate markets, high-tech products, and wholesale trade of any manufacturing products. He also has profound knowledge of the Russian legislative base and successful experience in commercial and tax disputes, including in Instance courts and arbitration and appeal courts.
