Elizabeth Dunn is a research economist with over 25 years of experience specializing in market-based solutions to poverty, particularly focusing on inclusive growth opportunities for low-income households. Her expertise lies in smallholder agriculture, micro- and small enterprises, and value chains. Dr. Dunn has been involved in research and evaluation studies in more than 20 countries, collaborating with various stakeholders including donors, NGOs, governments, and the private sector. She has served as a technical leader in several impactful projects, such as the AIMS Project and AMAP BDS, supported by USAID's Office of Microenterprise and Private Enterprise Promotion (E3/MPEP), as well as leading research initiatives under the LEO contract to enhance the evaluation of interventions promoting inclusive market systems. Elizabeth Dunn obtained her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a faculty member in Agricultural Economics at the University of Missouri before establishing Impact LLC in 2000.
