I lead a team of four project engineers who were in charge of analyzing current screw machine processes for part configuration and classification with regard to alloy, size, part features, and customer requirements.  I was accountable for determining the costs of the washing and packaging processes.  We designed a packaging system to reduce costs and errors and to determine final packaged product costs as a function of product characteristics.
