Designed traditional classroom and eLearning distributed courses using Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline. Led the research and procurement of software and hardware that will allow WorkSafe to add Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) training to their internal offerings. Was part of a team that researched and made recommendations for procurement of corporate eLearning softwares (Articulate Storyline). Created motion graphic videos in support of enterprise-wide training initiatives. Created custom 3D models for both soft skills and technical training for print and video. Developed traditional Face-to-Face (FTF) training including course design and all collateral training materials.

I specialize in the development of online training solutions that include, eLearning, blended models and web-based instruction. I am very experienced in instructional design, live video, motion graphics and educational  multimedia. Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

Supported and coordinated a Federal Provincial labour market agreement that defined yearly priorities for training and labour market supports for the Fraser Valley. Chaired commitees and meetings, conducted research and produced a yearly priorities and spending plan that was jointly signed by the Provincial and the Federal Government.  Budgets usually exceeded 50 million dollars in yearly expenditures.
