Rick Poppell is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in advising and building collaborative communities in complex, multinational industries. He is a former Vice President, Americas - Gartner Research Board, where he worked as a Regional Vice President, Gartner Executive Programs, Consulting VP, and also Senior Consultant of IT Effectiveness. He has also worked for AT&T as a District Manager of Organization Effectiveness and an Advertising Director, and for Caraway Kemp Communications as an Advertising Account/Media Director. Additionally, he has worked as a Technical Support Manager at Xerox.

With a BA in Marketing and MIS from Jacksonville University, Rick has practical, applied experience in internal and external communications, organization change management, and leadership development. He has also partnered in two profitable technology consulting start-ups, developing customized solutions to measure and positively impact organizational change efforts. He is internationally traveled and has held budget and revenue responsibilities of over $12M and $17M, respectively.
