Martina Grgic is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer and Product Designer known for her remarkable expertise in creating innovative products that cater to user needs. Her passion for building products that are user-focused and intuitive led her to co-found Smart Lumies, an educational technology and gaming company that focuses on building groundbreaking custom hardware controllers for physical play to aid in developing cognitive, motor, and social skills in children.

Martina's educational background includes studying Natural Sciences and Mathematics High School at XV. Gimnazija in Zagreb, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, and Product Development at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, and earning a Master's Degree in Design & Engineering from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool, Tallinn, and another Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, and Product development from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu.

Martina's extensive experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Product Design includes being an HAX startup founder and alumna at HAX before venturing out to co-found Smart Lumies. She is skilled at building products that are innovative, user-centric, and user-friendly.
