David Olk is a successful entrepreneur and investor with a background in mergers and acquisitions. He co-founded ShopKeep, a SaaS business that exited for over $1 billion, and Voray, a platform that helps individuals build their networks and grow their careers. Olk has also served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at IAC, worked in the M&A advisory team at PwC, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in accounting from Tulane University.
