Led commercial innovation on Warehousing contracts across NA to drive improved 3PL accountability and performance.  Led  implementation and testing plan for installation of new JDA Warehouse Management system for NA to include improved “interleaving” capability, crossdocking and  Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)capability. Developed pilot and learning plan for AGV expansion across network. Led development and implementation of shipping direct from producing plants which delivered over $8MM in transportation and labor savings.
Led break-through transportation sourcing strategy for P&G Customer Responsive Network  Redesign which resulted in record on-time delivery performance, +14% improvement in Interplant on time and CPU utilization up +8% for 6 Mixing Centers across USA, (5 Greenfield sites) and enabled the shut-down of three Regional Distribution sites.  Led DC Standard work project across 20 sites which delivered 10% DC Productivity improvement and an 8% improvement in shipped on time. Led transition to “service as measured by the Customer” which minimized retailer fines by delivering on-time improvements at key customers.

Senior Director, NA Physical Distribution

Senior Director, Grocery Channel Retail Supply. Led supply chain and retail operations team to deliver best in class customer service results (DC Service Level, Retail In-Stocks, and DC & Store inventory) and over $100 M supply driven sales per year for three  consecutive years in P&G’s ~$7.5B NA Grocery Channel. Led significant improvements in New Initiative speed to shelf delivering a 127 index versus Fair Share on Gold/Silver launches for the channel. Worked with Senior executives across  all top grocery customers to develop and implement win/win supply chain strategies on each Joint Business Plan including expansion of direct store delivery, increasing shelf in-stock, reducing inventory and increasing share of display.
