Payal Mulchandani is a Master's graduate in International Relations from Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Spain. She is a Partner and Data Analyst with 4th Wheel Social Impact, where she collaborates with stakeholders to design and develop technology, brokering partnerships, and manage data-driven decisions. She has an extensive background in impact evaluation projects and has implemented quasi-experimental methodologies, Social Return on Investment, social audits, participatory rural appraisals, retrospective evaluations, pre-post assessments, and other integrated designs. Payal believes vision sharing between stakeholders, shared goals and metrics can drive appropriate research designs and impact measurements, especially in socio-economic development with over ten years of experience working with various organizations. She holds a Diploma in CSR and Sustainability from the Swedish Institute of Management-Stockholm and has undergone certified courses on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Social Return on Investment (SROI). Payal is a team player who has volunteered in AIESEC, Erfolg International, Samvedana trust, Suzlon Foundation, and Indicorps.
