David Brim is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and investor who has made a career out of turning innovative ideas into successful businesses. With a focus on early-stage companies and real estate development, David currently serves as the COO and VP of Investor Relations at MMI Development and the Chief Strategy Officer and Founding Partner at Orlando Opportunity Fund.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in marketing, David went on to win the school's Joust Business Plan Competition twice and was a finalist in multiple other business challenges. His interests and expertise vary widely, including online lead generation, Software as a Service (SaaS), e-commerce, and real estate.

David has been involved in many early-stage ventures across a variety of industries and has worked with over 1,000 second stage businesses through Economic Gardening - an entrepreneurial approach to Economic Development. In addition, he has provided marketing consulting to startups and second-stage companies through his marketing firm, Brand Advance, which he founded in 2009.

Throughout his career, David has been featured in entrepreneurship textbooks and has been interviewed on Fox, ABC, and CBS about topics such as entrepreneurship and internet marketing. In 2013, he wrote a book on digital marketing that reached #13 on Amazon's Best Seller list within its category, which was also used in UCF Marketing classes.
