Was working under the Bell Mobility campaign.
Our tasks as Customer Service Agent were to handle calls and establish a relationship of trust with each client in effort to increase their level of satisfaction.

We had to:

Respond in a professional manner to all business and consumer inquiries with accurate and appropriate information regarding products, services and procedures
Probe customer needs utilizing multiple computer systems and adhering to established standards
Own and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Adhere to the call structure standard (call flow) in order to provide service consistency with every contact
Demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, patience, caring and positive energy on every contact
Create a relationship of trust with every customer
Properly document the reasons for the call and the steps taken
Report issues and opportunities to team leader and ensure proper follow up
Redirect caller to proper departments as and when appropriate.
