Jennifer Der is a computer science and media art graduate from Northeastern University with a passion for creating more inclusive spaces in the tech industry. Her expertise lies in improving user experiences to make them more accessible. Der has a diverse background, having worked as a Lead Teaching Assistant for Fundamentals of Computer Science I at Khoury College of Computer Sciences, a former Organizer at Build for Black Lives, as well as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Analyst at Massachusetts Medical Society. Additionally, she has had professional experience as a software engineering co-op at Certain Lending and Kyruus.

Der's interests are designing and improving user experiences, creating more accessible spaces in tech, and advocating for underrepresented communities.
