JJ Zhuang is a respected tech leader and entrepreneur with a rich history in the technology and business world.

JJ co-founded Acompli, an email app which later became Outlook for mobile after its acquisition by Microsoft, catering to over 100 million active users.

During his tenure as a Distinguished Engineer for Office365, JJ led a significant overhaul of the Outlook apps and service platform, streamlining technology, codebases, and teams to enhance product innovation and agility.

Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Instacart, JJ oversees the Fulfillment and Marketplace aspects of the company, leveraging his vast experience and expertise.

Prior to Instacart, JJ held key roles in renowned enterprises like VMWare, where he was the Chief Architect of the End User Computing division, and Zimbra, an open-source company acquired by Yahoo, where he served as the Chief Architect.
