Pat Sherwood

Pat Sherwood is a former US Navy SEAL Officer turned fitness expert who has made a name for himself as a seminar speaker, talent, and associate producer at CrossFit, Inc. Sherwood has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Worcester State University and served as a SEAL Team FOUR officer for seven years.

After his time in the military, Sherwood worked as an independent contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of US interests. Today, Pat Sherwood is best known as a Flowmaster on the CrossFit HQ Seminar Team, having hosted over 180 seminars worldwide. Sherwood has also been a media talent and associate producer at CrossFit, Inc. since 2009.

In addition to his work at CrossFit HQ, Sherwood is also the owner of CrossFit Linchpin, a fitness community that offers coach-led workouts, personal training, and youth programs. Pat Sherwood is an expert in fitness and health and has a passion for helping people improve their lives through better physical conditioning and training.
