She has also applied her experience as a business development professional at Stemloop, where she innovates COVID-19 testing. With her in-depth knowledge of patient services and robust analytical skills honed through her four-year tenure as a strategy and analytics consultant at Deloitte, Karlie has helped numerous clients make a direct and positive impact on patients' lives.

During her time at Deloitte, Karlie spearheaded global implementations of Salesforce and mobile ecosystems, revamping digital patient engagement strategies and enabling real-time communication between clients. She is experienced in agile delivery, applying agile principles in regulated industries, and designing customer solutions for innovation. In the long-term, Karlie plans to apply her expertise in emerging markets to support patients who lack access to healthcare. She earned a bachelor's degree in information systems, international business, and operations from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a bachelor of arts degree in history, international business, public policy, and consulting from Indiana University Bloomington's College of Arts and Sciences.
