Bourke's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, where he gained a solid foundation in business and technology. Bourke is known for his expertise in value assessment, experimentation, continuous integration, and impediment removal to achieve maximum impact while minimizing pressures on teams.

Currently, he serves as the General Manager at TributeTech, where he oversees the daily operations, product development, and customer success efforts.
